I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I am committed to providing flexibility for my clients. While my standard policy is non-refundable, unless I need to cancel the event myself. I do offer the option to cancel a session or event and receive a refund in the following circumstances:
- Emergency Situations: If you are facing a genuine emergency situation, such as a medical emergency
- Inclement weather: Roads are deemed unsafe to drive and have been closed, weather has made it unsafe to carry out.I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
