I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I am committed to providing flexibility for my clients. While my standard policy is non-refundable, unless I need to cancel the event myself. I do offer the option to cancel a session or event and receive a refund in the following circumstances:

  1. Emergency Situations: If you are facing a genuine emergency situation, such as a medical emergency
  2. Inclement weather: Roads are deemed unsafe to drive and have been closed, weather has made it unsafe to carry out.

To request a cancellation, please contact me 3 days before the scheduled session/event. Please note that all decisions regarding refunds and rescheduling will be at my discretion and dependent on the circumstances presented.
