Reiki

In this modern age we are surrounded with constant stress. Work, family life and basic day -to -day living which can create an imbalance in our body physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. The ancient healing practice of Reiki can help restore balance and harmony to your body so that you are clear minded, more grounded and centred, thus promoting a more balanced life. Reiki is a respected Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on- healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Sessions can last 30 to 60 minutes.

For a fee you may request your sessions to include crystals for extra enhancement, as well you may request a Chakra alignment.

Chakra alignment is using Reiki to help balance your chakra system to run more smoothly.

I provide Distance Reiki for those that feel most comfortable in their own homes..
